We will highlight approaches to assessment and intervention including consideration to risk and vulnerabilities within this group.

MEET YOUR COURSE TUTOR: DAVID RUSSELL
David is a knowledgeable, inspiring trainer who will make your learning interesting and fun!
He is the Community Safety & Justice Manager for Midlothian Council where he is the strategic lead within justice services. Prior to this he was a senior practitioner with Barnardo’s, specialising in work with children and young people displaying harmful sexual behaviour and / or who had experienced sexual abuse or exploitation.
He currently sits on the NOTA Scotland executive committee, is co-vice chair of the Community Justice Scotland network & the chair of the national advisory panel for the third sector organisation, Thriving Survivors.
David is a sought after trainer throughout the UK and is a published author.
